MaryL, Jay and I think that the Fraction/Decimal on the car is the light. The reason why is because if you look close enough you can see that the lights are split into three and in the fraction for that is 3/3. The decimal for that is 1. But if it was 1/3 then it then answer would be 0.33 and that why we think that the answer is the lights.
Taeshell, and I think that the lights are fractions because, you can see that they are shaped into Three Thirds. So the decimal for 1/3 would be 0.33. First we divided 100 into thirds because 100 is 1 whole. So then we figured out the answer was 0.33.
